Antz has been part of the 300 Blankets family for some time now. A Soul Kitchen diner since 2018, Antz then joined our Outreach team 1.5 years ago, before quickly stepping up into one of our night leader roles in January.
Beyond 300 Blankets, Antz brings more than 20 years of experience working and volunteering in community services. His career has spanned youth support work, adult and family services, and drug & alcohol support, alongside a decade on the management committee of a youth crisis residential facility – where he ultimately served as deputy chairperson.
This deep well of professional experience, combined with his personal connection to the communities we serve, makes Antz uniquely placed to co-lead our Outreach program. His commitment to building relationships, fostering dignity, and delivering compassionate care is already evident in the way he leads our teams and engages with the people we support.
